They range between 3 months and 12 months in duration. When you are accepted onto one of the programmes, we spend as much time as is necessary to thoroughly understand your business, and your business goals. First we work with you to ensure your business is running efficiently, and then we work on improving your revenue and increasing your profit.

Our work will involve holding workshops and meetings with you [at your place of business or ours], working at your place of business, phone calls and email. If your business operates 7 days or 24 hours, we will work during those hours as well.

 

The investment for the programmes are through a fixed monthly payment. For that investment, we put unlimited time and resources into your business to achieve the agreed goals.

Platinum Package

This 12 month programme includes:

  • A formal business valuation at the commencement of the programme, that values a business by assessing:

The strength of the business’ various value drivers

The exposure the business has to its various risks

The ability of the business to access its surplus cash

Other external factors such as interest rates and tax rates

We do not simply use ‘industry averages’ or ‘gut feeling’ to determine our valuation parameters

  • A business value gap analysis to determine what the business needs to be worth at the time of sale and a future profit target, to achieve a desired standard of living when it is sold.
  • A structured review of your business, its performance, areas of improvement and key objectives including:

Accounting software review

Website analysis

Efficiency/productivity analysis

Cash flow analysis

Costs analysis

Assets review

Pricing strategies review

What if Analysis (Profit Optimiser) to test strategies

Identify Key Performance Indicators

Cash flow and Budget forecasts

Review end of month procedures/ reports

  • A workshop with the business owner[s] - and their spouses if appropriate - to identify and prioritise what needs to change to improve the business owners’ business and lifestyle stress. This can arise from:

The business operating below the required income/profit levels

The business owner feeling tired and losing passion for the business

The business owner reaching retirement

The business partners not having common goals

The business owner[s] recognise they have a lack of common business direction

  • Identification of business growth and improvement strategies
  • A detailed action plan to ensure the changes are implemented
  • A minimum of 1 half day [one-on-one] workshop every two months [sometimes more in the early stages]
  • A succession and transition plan
  • A formal business valuation at the end of 12 months to determine the business value improvement

 

Platinum Package Guarantee

If we do not increase the value of your business by at least 30% in 12 months, you will receive your money back i.e. if your business is valued at $1m at the commencement date, we will guarantee to increase its value to at least $1.3m [an increase of $300,000] by the end of 12 months. To be accepted onto the Platinum Programme, you will be required to commit to following the plan and recommendations provided to you, within the timeframes indicated.

You will need to complete the full 12 month programme in order to validate the guarantee.

Gold Package

This 6 month programme includes:

  • A formal business valuation at the commencement of the programme, that values a business by assessing:

The strength of the business’ various value drivers

The exposure the business has to its various risks

The ability of the business to access its surplus cash

Other external factors such as interest rates and tax rates

 This 3 month programme includes:

  • A detailed action plan to ensure the changes are implemented

 

Length of programme: 3 months

 

 

Programme Terms

  • Payment is required 1 month in advance. If payment is not received, all work will cease until payment is remitted.
  • All programmes can be exited at any stage with 1 months’ notice. This however will invalidate the guarantee provided with the Platinum Package.
